I offer a broad range of holistic massage therapies to help restore harmony and balance to your mind, body and soul. Today’s busy and stressful lifestyles can leave little time for ourselves, with pressure from work, family commitments and everyday issues and anxieties. It is so important to take time out for our own wellbeing and relaxation in order to restore our energy.
I am a fully qualified therapist with over 15 years experience of working within the health and wellbeing industry.

Sports Massage:
This is a form of massage drawing on a variety of techniques which focus on the manipulation of soft tissue, to correct any muscular tissue imbalances caused by injury or overuse.Soft tissue is connective tissue that has not hardened into bone and cartilage; it includes skin, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia.Sports Massage uses different procedures which concentrate on correcting problems and imbalances. These soft tissue imbalances can be caused by repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma.The application of Sports Massage, prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.
Swedish Massage:
Swedish Massage is a whole-body therapeutic treatment using specific techniques such as gliding, kneading, rubbing, tapping, or pounding.
Working on the soft tissues and muscles, it has a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system. This gentle form of massage uses varying pressure of strokes where needed, which makes it a very relaxing experience.
As well as bringing a feeling of well-being and relaxation, Swedish Massage can flush out toxins, improve circulation, assist in keeping ligaments and tendons supple, reduce both emotional and physical stress and ease muscular discomfort.


Deep Russian Tissue Massage:
Deep Russian Tissue Massage focuses on manipulating deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue.
It can help restore and improve the flexibility of fascia (the tissue that surrounds the muscles and organs).
Some of the strokes used during Deep Russian Tissue Massage are the same as in Swedish Massage therapy, but the pressure used is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain.
This type of massage is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, lower back tightness, and sore shoulders. It can be helpful in cases of chronic pain, limited mobility, recovery from injuries, postural issues, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis pain and any muscle tension.
Hot Stone Massage:
This treatment is a deep massage which uses soothing oils in conjunction with warm basalt stones.
It is a form of massage therapy making use of the warmth of the stones which is beneficial to soothe an aching body.
The hot stones can increase a sense of relaxation and calm when placed on the body’s energy centres.
Hot Stone Massage can boost circulation, release tension, increase relaxation, recharge energy levels, and relieve muscle tension. It can be beneficial for people with muscular pain, poor circulation, stress, insomnia, depression, rheumatic and arthritic pain, and autoimmune disease.


Warm Bamboo Massage:
Warm Bamboo Massage works similarly to traditional massage, relieving the stresses and stiffness in the body through the application of pressure to soften the knots and relieve pain. However, in a Warm Bamboo Massage, bamboo stalks are used instead of hands.
The bamboo cane helps massage the deeper layers of the muscles and can melt away even the most stubborn knots and tension.
Bamboo is a natural product, believed to have medicinal properties, helping to relieve stress as well as respiratory ailments.
Warm Bamboo Massage can increase circulation and help with elimination of waste products and toxins from the body.
