Sports Massage

Sports Massage is a specialised form of bodywork that uses a variety of techniques to manipulate soft tissue—helping to correct muscular imbalances caused by injury, overuse, or physical strain.

Soft tissue refers to the body’s connective tissues that haven’t hardened into bone or cartilage. This includes muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and skin. Through targeted procedures, Sports Massage works to identify and address these imbalances, promoting healing and functional recovery.

Antony is very knowledgeable about how our muscles, joints, and connective tissues work. He’s always had the solution to the various issues I’ve come in with.

He’s highly skilled in sports massage—and I mean proper sports massage! But he’s also happy to tone it down if needed.
